Greg Hayne owns Roof Management, a traditional roof consulting company with a nontraditional twist. A few years ago, Greg became intrigued by the exceptional service some roofing contractor service departments were providing to his building owners. He decided to find out exactly how these particular companies got so good at service. Out of this initial curiosity he developed a training program in which he teaches what the best service departments are doing, as well as the how and why they do it. His proven training program helps his roofer clients grow their service departments in both size and profitability.
In 2016 he realized that he could bring far more value to his clients by organizing the exchange of best practices into peer groups, expanding it beyond service department specific topics and coupling it with his executive coaching and facilitation skills. Greg is an ACC credentialed coach.
