Meet Greg

A few years ago, I figured out that behind everything I do in my work with my customers is my desire to help them find and then implement better, smarter, more innovative ways to work.  We do that in two primary ways:

Our ESE Peer Groups bring similar-sized and focused, growth-minded, non-competing roofers together three or more times a year to share best practices, help each other solve problems, and generally create a setting where the members can get better in a supportive environment. These have been a massive home run for all those involved.  You don’t have to figure things out by yourself anymore!

For over a dozen years, our Creating Great Service training and support program has helped commercial roofing contractors build better, more profitable service departments by teaching them the best practices used by the best service contractors in the country.
