My entire life has been dedicated to challenging the status quo. I believe there are significantly better ways to work and live, and I'm driven to discover and implement them for myself and my clients. In my professional endeavors, this focus manifests in three key areas:

Through the sharing of best practices and collaborative problem-solving, these groups have proven to be invaluable assets for all participants.

3. Driving Service Department Success: For over 15 years, Creating Great Service has been training and supporting commercial roofing contractors in building thriving, highly profitable service departments.
